Hystorically Ciliegiolo grape is blended with Sangiovese in order to produce Chianti, we find it particulary fresh and with a pleasant notes. This is where the idea of proposing a rosé version cames from with a result of a straight, simple, easy and pleasant wine comparing to the red vinified Ciliegiolo.
